Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form requests an appointment. Requests are not automatically confirmed. Your appointment is scheduled only after FreshBin contacts you.

Bin access

Bins must be empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If bins are full, blocked, or unavailable, we may need to reschedule.

Heavy buildup

Bins with severe buildup may require extra time or treatment and can result in an additional charge. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Weather

Service may be rescheduled during severe weather, freezing temperatures, or any condition that makes cleaning unsafe or ineffective.

Accurate information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service address, bin counts, and access instructions.

Pricing

Listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed before service based on location, bin condition, number of bins, and frequency.
